The Bible does not speak of a He*l where those who have not repented and turned God are sent to be tormented and tortured. Instead they will face a second and permanent death. Neither does the Bible speak of all those saved going to Heaven. Instead they will inherit the new Earth that will be administrated by the elect who are admitted in to the new Heaven.
